FPAB has been working for women empowerment, gender equality and to reduce SGBV in 72 Family Development centers (FDCs)/women’s club are working in 21 branches. Women’s clubs are women’s platform and engaged  to create awareness among women on women’s Rights and gender equality through income generation, awareness activities and through skill development training. Men are also encouraged to participate in the program to increase men’s role in SRH issues, gender equality, and women’s empowerment and to reduce violence.

Family Development Centers (FDC) project will be implemented to increase access to a range of affordable and appropriate SRH information, irrespective of age, sex or race, and by keeping rights issues as top priority.

Objective:

• To Empower women through skill development training, involve them in income generation activities and increase their decision making power within the household.
• To increase awareness among women& men,  girls& boys to reduce Gender Based Violence and increase male involvement so as to secure sexual and reproductive health Rights for all
• To increase awareness of communities and gate keepers and maintain collaboration with GO NGO’s& make a coalition to reduce GBV, early marriage.
• To ensure SRH Rights for every women in FDC area & they are received available contraceptive as per their choose.
